Sessions are 60 minutes. Allow for a 75 minute visit so we have time to check in, and you have time to rest after our session.

$60/half hour for Subsequent Sessions

First sessions are 60-75 minutes based on the individual’s needs. We will take time to do a verbal intake and create a MELT map customized specifically for you. Subsequent sessions can be 30-60 minutes.

Pricing varies based the size of your group, location, and number of classes. We can customize any session or package that suits your needs.
